Lifetime Enduser Warranty
100% satisfaction is guaranteed. Thousands of items are covered by our lifetime warranty with the exception of hard drives and power supplies which are covered for three years. Warranty terms are specified per product on their product detail page. In the rare event of a product failure or malfunction, we will send you a replacement and cover the return shipping cost of the defective item for customers based in the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping cost after 90 days.
Returning Defective Items
We will immediately ship a replacement for any defective items if the following conditions are met:
- The item is back in our possession within 15 calendar days of the date the return request was approved.
- The item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- The item has been confirmed and verified as being defective.
NEW equipment that is found defective will be replaced with NEW equipment within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, any defective equipment, whether purchased new or refurbished will be replaced based on current stock availability.
A full refund or credit will be issued if an item cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable amount of time. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returned items that are not defective.
Returning Functional Items
We will accept the return of working equipment at our sole discretion. A 25% restocking fee will be applied and a refund with be issued if the following conditions are met:
- The item is back in our possession within 10 calendar days of the date the return request was approved.
- The item is returned in the same condition in which it was shipped - including all accessories, documentation, and any manufacturer packaging.

Disclaimer
Our WARRANTY does not apply to product failure due to misuse, abuse, accident, mishandling, improper maintenance or environment, improper installation or configuration, software or hardware version mismatch, flood or other acts of God, electrical issues such as power surges or incorrect electrical voltage.
Our lifetime warranty applies to end-users only. Wholesalers and resellers receive a 90 day warranty.
To open a return request, please email webstore@globalnetpro.com or call 858-433-0673 with your invoice number, serial number, and a description of the issue. If your return request is approved, we will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.
