Cisco GLC-2BX-D

The Cisco GLC-2BX-D is a small form-factor pluggable (SFP) transceiver module designed for use with Cisco networking equipment. It is part of the Cisco 1000BASE-BX10 SFP module family and operates on a single strand of standard SMF (single-mode fiber) with a working distance of up to 10 kilometers. The GLC-2BX-D supports a downstream wavelength of 1490 nm and an upstream wavelength of 1310 nm. It is commonly used in applications where a single fiber is used for bidirectional communication, such as in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments.
